Our handmade solid pine wooden toy boxes are constructed from the finest sustainable Redwood.

They are produced from start to finish in the UK using traditional carpentry and finishing methods.

All toy boxes are finished by hand and are rigorously tested before dispatch

Unlike many other companies, we do not produce flat packed boxes, use harmful MDF, stick on letters in place of carving or supply any other retailers with our ranges.

We prefer to use Little Greene’s water based acrylic eggshell paint especially for use on children’s painted wooden toy boxes.  This is certified safe for children’s rooms and furniture.

Little Greene’s Acrylic Eggshell paints have been tested to European Standard BS EN 71-3:1995, also known as 'Toy Paint Regulations' – these are proven safe from toxic metals.

Rustic wood finish intentionally leaves the natural textures of the wood to remain offering a full tactile experience.   It is entirely safe for children and splinter free

Smooth wood finish is sanded to a flat traditional pine finish that still presents the natural grains of the wood to be displayed.
